The house

This comfortable house is for 6-8 people, within an area of 120 m2 
(3 sleeping rooms) and a surrounding garden of 200 m2. 

The ground floor consists of: a living room, a kitchen and a dining area as a common unit, a bathroom with bath and a bedroom with double bed.

An internal staircase leads to the upper flor where is sittuated an additional double bed in the anteroom, which opens to the terrace (5 m2), a bathroom with shower, a room with double bed and another room with two separated beds.

There is a big stone paved terrace on the ground floor with a stone table, stone benches and garden chairs.

The terrace is covered and surrounded by reeds and grape vines who need to make a comfortable shadow.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, a freezer with 
three trays, a ceramic cooktop with 3 gas flames, an extractor hood, a microwave, a coffee machine, dishes and dinner service.

The fire place (for BBQ) is in the garden.

There is a big plasma TV in the living room with satellite programs, another one is sittuated in the anteroom on the second flor. A washing machine is placed in the bathroom.

The garden has 2 parking places. 

The entrance to the courtyard is automated and the guest will recive the remote.

All the rooms have nets for insect protection.

The basement of the house is used by only one person who has it's own entrance and because of the high fence the guest can't see the person.

 

The price includes an internet connection (WLAN) and one aircondition (the guest will choose which one he wants to use: one is in the kitchen and living room, 3 others are in the rooms).

 

The guest shift is on Saturdays. If a guest comes on Sunday the price will increase by 10% for 6 days.

Guest arrivals on Saturdays after 16:00 or Sundays after 14:00.

Guest departures by 10:00 h on Sundays.

 

The residence tax is included in the price.
